I think the show has an ongoing theme of Catholicism as part of pointing out the differences between B & B and their ability to swoon over each other despite those differences. In this one, I right away predicted the family killed him but I thought the mom was involved and that they did it so they could sue the hospital because they were tired to paying. The whole "medicating with heroin helped him" crap was just, well, crap. Yeah, if the nurse cared so much, why'd the guy have gangreen toes? Ew.

Mostly, I wondered how much Toyota had payed them for product placement and if she was driving one of those hybrids that has just been recalled. I found that bit funny.
